Adding a New Contact:
To add a new contact to ProKeep, please see the steps below:
- Log into your ProKeep profile.
- Click on the plus button under your initials
- Next, click the person icon to create the contact
- Here you are able to add the Company the customer works for, their First & Last Name, their cellphone number, and their email address. We also recommend you check the "Send Welcome Message" box before submitting. This will send the customer an automated message letting them know you have enabled texting at your location. To get a preview of that message, hover over the question mark icon "i"
- If you have your customer list separated by location, select the location that you would like to add the customer to and click submit when you want to add the contact.
